Arthi is a seasoned compliance professional with significant experience in regulatory advisory under the Companies Act, SEBI and RBI frameworks. She leads client compliance programmes with a zero-penalty track record and handles fundraising assignments, drafting term sheets and Share Purchase Agreements.
She is part of the core group of Adveris Advisors LLP, established with the objective of delivering structured and high-quality legal and compliance support to businesses across India. Her areas of specialisation include MCA21 compliance, ROC filings, board and corporate governance, the SEBI regulatory framework, and company incorporation across India. She adopts a proactive, client-focused advisory approach, ensuring solutions that are practical, compliant, and commercially sound.
